Our self esteem is something that we will control and change at any time. It’s primarily based upon our beliefs and attitudes that we’ve about ourselves. For example, “I AM GOOD ENOUGH regardless of my faults, insecurities and imperfections. Who I’m is just not defined by what I do, what I look like, how much I weigh, or how smart I am.” It’s about loving who we are and accepting ourselves unconditionally. It’s permitting ourselves to be imperfect, to simply accept ourselves as we’re, to take risks, to strive new things and to “LET GO” of negative thinking, judgments and self-criticism. It is about dealing with our fears and figuring out that regardless of the outcome we took a danger and faced a fear.

Enhancing our self-price is about making our personal choices about how we need to use our free time, setting our personal growth objectives and making selections for ourselves. It is about knowing what we like and don’t like and feeling comfortable saying it out loud to others without concern of rejection, ridicule or laughter. It is about understanding our strengths and weaknesses and being willing to work on areas that want improving, such as attitudes, associateships, school, or getting along with others better. It’s having the COURAGE to be honest with ourselves and being open and prepared to alter in a constructive direction.

Being around pals and people who love and recognize us is one other means to be ok with ourselves, which will increase our self-esteem. People who know our faults and like us just the same are good friends. Additionally it is essential to not take ourselves so significantly and to be able to snort at ourselves. Good self-esteem is from figuring out that now we have succeeded at things in our life that we as soon as thought have been difficult and being able to empower ourselves to try new things.

One other essential factor in enhancing our self-esteem is taking care of our bodies. After we feel good physically, we really feel energetic and full of life. You will need to eat well, train often and dress neatly. It is usually important to get enough relaxation/sleep.
